Systems Delivery Technician, Level II

Summary: 

The Systems Delivery Technician, Level II will administer third-party software and internally developed database programs.  Provides assistance to the daily operations of the Systems Delivery department.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administer third-party software programs related to delivery of Bank system and services.  Identify and implement software updates and enhancements.  Research, recommend and implement new processes or enhance existing processes to create and improve operational efficiencies. Ensure all documentation and requests comply with established Bank policies and procedures and federal regulations. Develop and maintain reports, as needed, for internal use of bank operations and management staff. Administer and develop internal database programs.  Assist with updating and testing contingency plans.  Assist in writing policies, documenting procedures, and analyzing and improving existing processes.  Provide support to the Bank on daily operational issues, special projects and other areas as needed. Check and respond to customer messages in a timely manner and forward messages to the appropriate area within the Bank. Assist third-party providers with appropriate product testing. Assist with password changes for various programs supported by Systems Delivery. Other duties as may be assigned.

	Reports to AVP, Manager, Systems Delivery.
	Maintains good interpersonal relationships with all bank employees.
	Act as liaison to Information Technology (IT).

 

	Possess the aptitude and desire to gain a thorough understanding of the Bank’s systems and procedures.
	Possess strong computer and logic skills.
	Proficiency in MS–Office with emphasis on MS Access preferred.
	Be focused on providing quality customer service.
	Have the ability to learn and utilize new software applications.
	Be a degree-seeking student, have a degree or computer certification in a technology related field, have work related experience, or possess strong computer skills.
	Be a results-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills.
	Have strong written and verbal communication skills, be detailed and multi-tasked oriented and have problem-solving abilities.
