 | Administer third-party software programs related
to delivery of Bank system and services. |
 | Identify and implement software updates and
enhancements. |
 | Research, recommend and implement new processes
or enhance existing processes to create and improve operational
efficiencies. |
 | Ensure all documentation and requests comply with
established Bank policies and procedures and federal regulations.

 | Develop and maintain reports, as needed, for
internal use of bank operations and management staff.
|
 | Administer and develop internal database
programs.
|
 | Assist with updating and testing contingency
plans. |
 | Assist in writing policies, documenting
procedures, and analyzing and improving existing processes. |
 | Provide support to the Bank on daily operational
issues, special projects and other areas as needed.
|
 | Check and respond to customer messages in a
timely manner and forward messages to the appropriate area within
the Bank.
|
 | Assist third-party providers with appropriate
product testing.
|
 | Assist with password changes for various programs
supported by Systems Delivery.
|
 | Other duties as may be assigned. |
